BellaCosa Lakeside | Wedding Venue in Lake Wales Florida

Driving out to BellaCosa was such an enjoyable experience. Nothing says Florida to me like a long straight road surrounded by orange trees. Upon nearing the entrance to BellaCosa, I knew I was about to experience something beautiful. From the moment I first saw the Estate House, every turn just kept revealing a new level of beauty. From the landscaping to the Spanish architecture.

I don’t think I can related to you the peace nestled in this beautiful Florida countryside. But what surprised me most about this venue was the extensive amenities it offers. Did you know this was originally a bed and breakfast? They have enough guest rooms and suites to accommodate 30 guests. Just imagine your friends and family enjoying this gorgeous venue and waterfront expanse for your wedding. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate a wedding.

The large public spaces on the main floor include a variety of large areas for guests to enjoy both inside and outside.

BellaCosa is a great venue choice if you are a bride that’s looking for a peaceful but elegant countryside wedding. The highlight of this venue is the stunning architecture and room for 30 guests. They do have chairs and tables to accommodate 150 guests and you can bring in extra if needed. The outdoor lawn area can accommodate a large number of wedding guests. You can customize your wedding vendors at this venue but they do offer suggestions if you need help.

Entry Hall

When you first walk through the door you’re greeted by an large entry room. There’s a large Tuscan fireplace and a row windows and doors overlooking the courtyard and Lake Pierce. great for cocktail hour or a ceremony location. to the left is the bar area and in the back right corner is the ballroom.

Reception Ballroom

The back right corner of the first floor is a great reception choice. The room is large with a unique wood ceiling with bright crystal chandeliers. there’s a row of large glass windows and doors showcasing the terrace and expansive view of Lake Pierce.

Tuscan Bar & Cocktail area

The bar area is just off main entrance hall. There’s a beautiful wooden bar is a simple yet striking focal point for this space. The large chandelier echoes the Tuscan décor consistent throughout this venue. From the bar guests are close to the entry room or they can pass through to the back terrace to enjoy their refreshments outside.

Bridal Suite

Nestled away in the far left corner is the bridal suite. It has it’s own private bathroom and exterior doors that open out onto the waterfront terrace. It has a private bathroom, dressing room and double vanity with sink. It’s filled with lots of soft natural light. A favorite for make up artists and photographers alike.

Guests Suites

You can enter the second floor from either of the two stairways. The second story features a large hallway. There’s 11 clean, modern suites located off this walkway. Each room has it’s own unique style and layout. They all include a private bath, large windows and beautiful bedding. Most of the guest suites have a kitchenette, private sitting area and Fireplace. Eeach guest space on the second floor is unique and beautiful. There’s even a guest sauna for you to enjoy!

Rear Waterfront Terrace and Shaded Lawn

The rear face of the building face the serene Lake Morton. Enjoy nature in the ample little seating areas scattered throughout the venue grounds. You can sit on the terrace or down near the waterfront. I wish I could have spent my entire day terrace watching the wind blow through the Spanish moss.
