Waterfront Wedding at Tampa River Center

There’s something magical about a waterfront wedding in Tampa. This was especially true for Jessie and Seth’s special day. As a Tampa wedding photographer, who focuses on bright, romantic moments, I was thrilled to document their celebration at the stunning Tampa River Center.

A Perfect Waterfront Setting

Seth is a local fishing charter captain, so their waterfront venue was a perfect choice. Moreover, the Tampa River Center features floor-to-ceiling windows and provide a stunning backdrop for the reception. This allowed lots of natural, glowing light that I always love in my photography.

The couple selected a deep green color palette. This choice beautifully complemented the natural surroundings. Additionally, lush arrangements adorned the space space. Meanwhile, emerald and gold accents in the table settings created an atmosphere of simple elegance.

Golden Hour Magic

One of my favorite moments happened during golden hour. We stepped outside for portraits as the sun set over the Hillsborough River. Consequently, I could capture that perfect glowy background I’m known for.

Celebrating at the River Center

The Tampa River Center provided an ideal backdrop for their celebration. It’s located in the heart of downtown Tampa. Furthermore, this modern venue offers stunning views that showcase Florida’s natural beauty. Later, as evening fell, warm lighting transformed the space for their reception.

The reception combined elegance and fun. Tables featured emerald accents and glowing candles. During the evening, friends and family shared heartfelt toasts about the couple. Then came their first dance. With the river and twinkling lights as their backdrop, it became a moment of pure romance.
