I’m a firm believer that your wedding photos were not meant for just a computer screen. It’s been said that this will be the most photographed generation. And the one with the least photographs. I believe something meaningful happens when we sit together with those we love and share the photos of our wedding. This is how memories are cherished, remembered and shared.
Wedding photography is all about remembering the most important day in your life and sharing it with others. Think about it, when your children ask to see your wedding pictures you won’t fire up a USB drive or CD…technology changes so rapidly. Most computers today don’t even have CD drives anymore. Instead, you’ll show them all the favorite photos you’ve printed and saved.
When I describe my albums as heirloom albums, that means something! Mankind has known for centuries how to make prints on paper, but our modern world has also learned how to make prints very cheaply. That is why modern books turn yellow and brittle over time. Or perhaps you’ve seen photographs that appear faded. They didn’t look like that the day they were printed! The quality of your prints really does matter. And some prints were never meant to last.
If you are creating an heirloom you should choose a print that will last. That’s why I’ve carefully researched wedding albums before I started offering them. My wedding albums use archive quality paper and ink that will give you rich and beautiful images that will stand the time
The pages are sturdy –built from high quality matte paper. But one of my favorite features is the lay flat pages. The lay flat design ensures that nothing will be lost in the centerfold. Each spread is a single beautiful canvas, no creases. Just one beautiful design. My albums have perfected the industry-leading microfold for the most minimal wear possible.
My heirloom albums come with beautiful linen covers available in many colors and varieties including Japanese Silk. You can customize the color and fabric of your cover to best represent your style so that each album is unique.
It can be overwhelming to a new bride to pore over a 1,000 wedding images and create an album design for the first time. But I like doing things differently. And I love serving my brides in the best way that I can. That is why I am also with you start to finish through the design process.
You get all my knowledge and expertise as your design artist. And I will draft a design for your album and work with you to ensure that every page is perfect.
Want to purchase an additional album for gifts? I do offer a discount for additional albums purchased. You can change the cover material, album size and page style as long as the digital design remains the same.
