Mill Pond Estate is a new venue just outside Tampa Florida. I would best describe Mill Pond estate as a undiscovered gem. But that won’t last long. Mill Pond Estate offers many unique areas spread out on the wide grounds of this country estate. Even though you feel as though you’re in the countryside it’s only a few miles off of I-4.
The Broken Oak at Mill Pond Estate is a wedding ceremony favorite. And it’s a ceremony location that you won’t find anywhere else. The large oak is draped in Spanish moss, fern and many romantic air plants to offer a stunning yet simple backdrop to your ceremony. There’s a wood stage so your guests will easily be able to see.
The Flower Garden is a beautiful, focal point to Mill Pond Estate. It is conveniently located in the middle of the Broken Oak, Lilly Pond and reception tent. Most brides choose to use this space for cocktail hour or their wedding ceremony space. As a ceremony site it can accommodate up to fifty guests. The white bar is a great space to serve refreshments during cocktail hour. It already has the tables and umbrellas. The garden area also features a green house which is a photographer’s favorite for it’s beautiful light and simplistic background. There’s even rows of colorful flowers throughout the walkways and garden spaces.
The outdoor reception tent on the Grand Meadow offers a beautiful, simple setting for your reception. Reception tents make for great reception photos! They are perfect for reflecting flash while also allowing lots of natural side light. White tents are great if you want bright, crisp wedding reception portraits.
It’s hard to talk about Mill Pond Estate without mentioning the owner, Toni. She is always smiling and so pleasant to be around! I’ve met her a couple times now and she is warm and friendly. She has a passion for local businesses which not only supports our community but makes a direct positive impact on your neighbor. That’s why, in addition to a wedding venue Toni is cultivating a local wedding floral provider. I can’t think of a better idea…locally grown florals, cultivated by hand on your wedding venue! It makes less of an impact on the environment and you get fresher flowers that will last longer. Did I mention that they are stunningly beautiful?! Check out her floral designs and see for yourself.
Mill Pond Estate is a great pick if you’re looking for elegant, outdoor venue spaces. This venue lets you customize your vendors with the exception of your caterer. This space accommodates up to 150 guests. The estate provides chairs and tables in the package pricing. They will even set them up for you. Sign up for a venue tour and fall in love yourself.
