Most couples select One Eleven South Main because of their elegant formal gardens. These provide the perfect spot for a romantic outdoor ceremony. Apart from the romantic bubling of the courtyard fountain and the boxwood lined brick paths, the predominant feature of their lawn is an amazing oak that spreads it’s branches over the lush grass. This historic property is nestled in the quiet town of Bridgewater, VA lends itself perfectly to brides that desire a refined wedding.

The owner, Alan, says that his favorite part of wedding days is hearing all the comments from wedding guests as they arrive. “Their jaws drop when they first view the property and the ceremony location.”

Weddings at One eleven South Main run roughly $3,000 depending on size of wedding. This includes the use of the grounds from 8am to 10pm. It also includes the bridal suite, groomsman’s pub, the Dinkle Pavilion and Magnolia Cottage with bar. They supply chairs and tables for up to 100, full time attendant on site the entire day, no charge for wedding rehearsal the day prior. Contact them to discuss your event and to check availability.
